FinteqHub continues to expand the team and is looking for Backend Engineer (Go). We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

А PCI DSS certified payment gateway for online businesses, providing integration with payment systems via a single software platform.

Key responsibilities:

  • Integration of new payment providers: from API documentation analysis and technical design to deployment and monitoring in production

  • Leveraging AI tools (Claude and similar) to accelerate provider documentation analysis and automate the generation of integration Boilerplate code

  • Configuration, debugging, incident investigation, and automation of routine processes

  • Contributing to product quality improvements, code reviews, backlog grooming, and retros

  • Cross-team collaboration and product user support

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience, with 1.5+ years of recent experience using Go as your primary language

  • Strong understanding of Go internals: data structures, concurrency, memory management, garbage collection

  • Experience working with fintech or other systems with strict data consistency requirements

  • Experience with PostgreSQL: understanding of transactions and basic query optimization

  • Ability to write testable code and cover logic with unit and functional tests

  • Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes

  • English & Russian at B1+ level

Nice to have:

  • Experience integrating many similar APIs

  • Experience with Kafka or other message brokers

  • Experience with Gonkey or similar frameworks for functional API testing

  • Productive experience using AI assistants in development (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.)
